On September 10-14, 2018, 11th International Conference on Photo-Excited Processes and Applications – ICPEPA-11 was held in Vilnius. It was organized by the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC) and Vilnius University. Scientists from 26 countries from all over the world took part in the event, 163 presentations were given: 1 plenary lecture, 15 invited speeches, 53 oral and 94 poster presentations.
Participants from the Institute of Materials Science of KTU presented posters: PhD Domantas Peckus – the topic “Analysis of Ultrafast Optical Properties and Morphology of Diamond-Like Carbon Nanocomposites with Aluminium Nanoparticles”, and PhD student Erika Rajackaitė – the topic “Dynamic Optical Properties of Graphene Layers with Different Preparation and Morphology” – who won an additional prize book “The Laser as a Tool“ for poster presentation.
