On April 9 – 12 institutes researcher Andrius Žutautas attended “EuroNanoLab” networks, of which the Institute of Materials Science is a part off, dry etching groups expert school/meeting, where he was increasing his competencies in deep reactive ion and other types of etching techniques. The lectures and experience sharing was carried out by well-known experts on the topic: dr. Henri Jansen, dr. Christiaan Bruinink, dr. Christoph Weigel and many more. Also, during the course of the dry etching school a poster presentation was made titled: „High diffraction efficiency Littrow configuration diffraction gratings based on multilayer dielectric mirrors“.
