Important | 2023-11-03

25-27 October, 2023 MMI researchers and PhD students participated in the Lithuanian National Physics Conference (LNFK‘45). Researchers dr. Šarūnas Meškinis (Direct graphene synthesis on SiO2 by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition for field-effect transistor applications), dr. Asta Tamulevičienė (Self-assembled metasurfaces for sensing and photocatalysis) and dr. Domantas Peckus (Crystallinity effect on the relaxation times of localized surface plasmon resonance of chemically synthesized silver nanoparticles) gave oral talks in the conference. PhD students Nadzeya Khinevich (Wavelength-tailored SERS active substrates for biosensing applications), Mindaugas Ilickas (Structural and Antiviral Investigations of Photochemically Synthesized Silver Nanoparticles) ir Šarūnas Jankauskas (Photovoltaic properties of directly synthesized graphene/n-Si(100) devices using microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique) participated in the scientific sessions of the conference and presented their results during poster session.
